My inspiration and motivation comes from encouraging others in the exploitation of their inner power and strength so that they can achieve a reality that exceeds their expectations.  I support leaders in their quest to lead more effectively through individual and group coaching that focuses on their core purpose by increasing their emotional intelligence.

It is my belief that everyone has a purpose and they live their lives in an unconscious alignment with that purpose through their beliefs and actions.  Their actions will naturally attract and inspire people who behave in a similar manner.  This can easily be seen by looking at your own friends.  Your true friends are the ones that share your values, beliefs, even your way of thinking and behaving.  These are the people you trust the most because you feel it; you just know it, not because of any award they have earned or achievement they have received. Trust and loyalty are emotions that are unconsciously created when there is an alignment of purpose.

Finding your purpose or passion comes from digging into what you love to do.  How do you spend free time? What to you love about your work?  What would you do even if you weren’t getting payed for it? All of these answers will lead to a common theme that will encompass your purpose.

When a leader or company gets clarity on their purpose and can articulate that purpose in a consistent manner, it will attract and inspire others who believe in the same things.  This emotional connection will innately build trust and loyalty with employees and customers.  For a leader, this will give their followers something tangible to hold on to and rally around. They will follow leaders that reinforce their own purpose to create a community.  An organization that is aligned with a common purpose is much more willing to take risk and push boundaries because of the level of trust that creates in their culture.

I facilitate this discovery of purpose for my clients at the individual and organizational levels.

Beth has been coaching me for the past three months through a mid-life career transition. I can’t thank her enough for being an incredibly insightful, supportive and empathic coach. She helped me work on my communication skills, guided me through some painful personal challenges and I came out stronger with her help. I can’t thank her enough.

Working with Beth Anne was an excellent use of my time - which is such a precious resource in my work day. She gave me the time to lay out my messy thoughts and vision, but quickly helped to synthesize and come up with a plan.
